Position: Varsity Boys Soccer

Experience: 10th  Season, 8th as RHS Head Coach 

Career: Coach Purgatori enters his 8th season as the head coach of the Rochester Falcons Boys Soccer program, and his 10 th season overall in the program.

Accomplishments: Coach Purgatori’s teams have reached the District Title game four  times in his career, winning the District Championship in 2016 and 2017. Purgatori also led his team to a Regional title in 2016, along with a State-Semi Final appearance (2016). Purgatori was named  District Coach of the Year in 16 and 17, and Regional Coach of the Year in 2016. Purgatori has an overall record at Rochester of 92-60-19 in his eight seasons as head coach. Purgatori  has coaches several college players, including All-American player Spiro Pliakos.

Education: Purgatoria is a Rochester High School Alumni, and received his B.A. from Michigan State University in Kinesiology. Chris also has an M.A. in Occupational Therapy from Wayne State University.

Personal: Chris currently resides in Rochester, Michigan, with his wife Carrie, and son Jake. Chris works as an Occupation Therapist in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
