Fall Sports Information

2019 Fall Sports Information

All student athletes playing or trying out for a fall sport must have an MHSAA Sports Physical on file in the athletic office BEFORE they can participate.  The physical form must be filled out completely and must be signed by a physician and dated on or after April 15th, 2019.  Please contact the athletic director

New Record in Swim

Rochester Girls 200 Free relay members broke a 24 year old school record last night at the League Championship Finals. The relay team was made up of Senior Isabella Solis and Juniors Brittany Kim, Sophie Smythe and Victoria Thor. The new record time is 1:40.50.

Swim Earns Honors

The Oakland County OAA Meet Saturday 10/7 where the top 40 swimmers for each event (from Oakland county) compete against the best of the best. Girls Swim Dominates Royal Oak

The Rochester Girls Swim team took on Royal Oak, and came away with an impressive 120-66 victory. Lyewon Kim led the Falcons, winning the 100 yard butterfly, and the 200 IM. Swim Knocks off North Farmington

The Rochester Girls Swim team knocked off North Farmington at home 100-76. Brittany Kim led the way for the Falcons winning the 200 IM in a time of 2:18. Victoria Thor also won the 500 Freestyle with a time of 5:22, while Lyewon Kim won the 100 Freestyle to pace Rochester.
