Fall Sports Information

Boys Tennis Wins Traverse City Tournament

Congratulations to the boys tennis team for finishing in first place at the recent Traverse City Tournament.  Rochester finished with 17 points, two points ahead of Traverse City Central.  Nice job Falcons!

Boys Tennis Defeats West Bloomfield

The varsity tennis team raised their season record to 11-3 with a 6-3 win over the W. Bloomfield Lakers on Monday, Sept. 16. Winning singles matches for the Falcons were Vlad Meluta, Michael Randall, and Yagumo Morikawa. The varsity tennis team upped their season record to 10-2 with an exciting come-from-behind 5-4 victory over the Clarkston Wolves on Tuesday, Sept. 10th. Boys Tennis Starts Season Strong

The varsity tennis team opened it’s 2019 season with a pair of victories on Monday, August 19th. The Falcons first defeated Plymouth Salem 8-0. They followed that up with a 5-3 victory over Plymouth Canton. Winning 2 individual matches on the day were singles players Vlad Meluta, Kethan Gudi, Michael Randall, and Yagumo Morikawa. The

2019 Fall Sports Information

All student athletes playing or trying out for a fall sport must have an MHSAA Sports Physical on file in the athletic office BEFORE they can participate.  The physical form must be filled out completely and must be signed by a physician and dated on or after April 15th, 2019.  Please contact the athletic director

Boys Tennis Caps Banner Season at State Finals

The 2018 season for the Rochester boy’s tennis team was one for the ages.  The boys started the season by winning their own Falcon Invite defeating Fraser, Utica Eisenhower and Grosse Ile. Rochester Wins Traverse City Tournament

The Rochester Boys Tennis team traveled to Traverse City to compete in the Great Lakes Tennis Invitational over the weekend. The Falcons came away with a 1st place finish. Rochester knocked off host Traverse City Central, Ludington, and Midland Dow.
