Winter Sports Information

Winter sports practices and tryouts are fast approaching.  All athletes must have a valid sports physical on file in the athletic dept before they can practice or tryout.  Physical forms can be downloaded from the parents corner tab on the home page.  Physicals must be dated April 15, 2019 or more recent. Girls and Boys Swim Programs Academic All-State

Congratulations to the Rochester Girls and Boys Swim teams for earning Academic All-State. The Girls team had the highest GPA of any team in the state, finishing first with a 3.91 average. The Boys program finished runner-up in Division 2, with a 3.81 GPA. To see the complete list click HERE

Boys Swim Knocks Off Athens

The Rochester Boys Swim team defeated Athens 126-60 on Tuesday night, as they played host to the Hawks.
