Rochester had a strong start to the 2019/20 wrestling season last Wednesday night, defeating Waterford Kettering 54-20 in their season opening dual being hosted at Lake Orion High School.  Rochester recorded four straight wins to start the match with Ian Carroll picking up the win at 130lbs, followed by Tyler Swenson, Sam Pizzo, and Ronin

Winter sports practices and tryouts are fast approaching.  All athletes must have a valid sports physical on file in the athletic dept before they can practice or tryout.  Physical forms can be downloaded from the parents corner tab on the home page.  Physicals must be dated April 15, 2019 or more recent.
